Centered Chef Preview Party


McBride Kelley Baurer and guests attended one of the first events held in the nearly completed Centered Chef culinary studio in Chicago's West Loop. The MKB designed 5,000 sf, two level loft space allows for cooking instruction, hands-on food preparation, and dining with Chef Ryan Hutmacher and the Centered Chef staff.

The preview party gave Chef Ryan and his staff a chance to test their format and recipes and use their facilities with actual clients for the first time. Attendees included MKB staff and some of our foodie-minded clients. The meal of quinoa and mushroom enchiladas, fresh tomato and avocado salsa, drunken black beans and chicken was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
