New Moms, Inc. held a groundbreaking celebration on April 25, 2011 in Chicago's Austin neighborhood. Mayor Richard M. Daley was present to speak to a group of Austin residents and community leaders on the importance of the new facility and the support services it provides for teenage mothers and their children.
