New Moms is a 25-year old non-profit agency with a mission to enable, empower and equip homeless teenage mothers and their children to make their goals a reality and construct strong foundations for their future. The agency offers holistic services including supportive housing, individual case management, parenting education, early childhood programming and self-sufficiency services.

New Moms Oak Park is a 21,000 sf mixed use facility located on Chicago Avenue in Oak Park. Following the model of their successful Transformation Center in Chicago’s Austin neighborhood (also designed by MKB Architects), the Oak Park facility includes 18 residential units consisting of one and two bedroom apartments, administrative offices, community room and other support spaces.
