MKB is responsible for multiple projects, both interior and exterior, at the Wrigley Building. Design decisions for each project were guided by the goal of preserving and enhancing the design character of this important Chicago landmark. Interior projects include the renovation of common areas including elevator lobbies, washrooms, building entrances along with both office and retail tenant spaces. Exterior projects include restoration of the terra cotta façade, sidewalk replacement, new planters, pedestrian lighting, vehicular drop-off, and entrance canopies.
